Finally I could make Putri Salju Cookies (after once I failed, hehe..). I made this from ganyong flour. This is a gluten free and egg less cookies. You only need 3 ingredients to make it: ganyong flour, mentega, and castor sugar for dusting. This is old recipe from my mom (almh.). The original recipe use gluten flour. But I try to make it from ganyong flour. This Putri Salju was my favourite cookies when I was child. I have to thank to my mom who had written all recipes that she made in a book.
